Do not expand too much (no more than 4-5 mm and always with sequential expansion) and work with posterior torque control. First derotate molars, the everything expand.
Check that there is always a lateral OJ of at least 2 mm during staging
There should be no posterior extrusions in the hyperdivergent and posterior intrusions in the hypodivergent (analysis of the table values)
